This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to TrustedMatrimony.in. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

TrustedMatrimony.in may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to TrustedMatrimony.in. If TrustedMatrimony.in terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

If you have provided any incorrect information on our TM or have committed any fraudulent fraudulent/ unlawful/ illegal activities through the use of our TM or have violated this Terms and conditions or have misappropriated the name, interests, email address, contact number or other personally identifiable information of another TM member created a profile on our website by impersonation/ fake/ bogus/ false/ misrepresentation/ without consent of the person who’s profile is being registered or use only part information including using photo of third parties without the permission of such third parties or act with other members/employees in indecent/improper manner,

 If TM receives any complaint against you and consequently we have suspended/deleted your profile in good faith, then we shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever, including for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequence, if any.           

Upon termination / suspension of TM membership, your right to use or access the TM Website TM services will cease immediately. All provisions of this terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the TM Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

 If you have provided any fraud/ fake/ bogus/ false/ misrepresentation of information. Then we can take action and immediately cancel the membership. We will not consider in future.

You are agreed to provide all details on demand for more verification ( can be online / offline )   esp on Education / Employment / Business / Assets / Health / Cibil score / Any Police cases .., of course all these information will be kept secret and will be provided only if other party request to make match with you ,  If failing to provide those information which will  cause terminationof the agreement
